Problems logging on to the system?

This system provides student information for the parents or guardians of Midlakes Middle and High School students.

We have had some complaints about the password field being filled with characters after hitting the "enter" button resulting in a failed login. If you experiance this problem try these steps to correct the issue.

  • When you’re at the login screen, go to the top and click on Tools, Internet Options, Content and AutoComplete.
  • When you’re at the AutoComplete Settings window, click on Clear Passwords and OK
  • Next, uncheck all of the boxes that say “Use AutoComplete For”, then hit OK.
  • Close out of the browser, then re-open it and go to the login screen.

Once the password cache is cleared it will no longer append characters to your password.
